Mohammed Parekh serves as the Founder and Managing Director of MRP Premier Group, bringing over fifteen years of industry expertise to the forefront. In 2021, driven by his extensive real estate background, Mohammed took the initiative to establish MRP Premier Group.

Mohammed graduated with a BSc in Geography with Business, and an MSc from University College London in International Real Estate and Planning. Possessing a proven track record, Mohammed has successfully delivered numerous mixed-use development and regeneration projects. Managing the entire lifecycle from inception to completion for a diverse clientele.

Before spearheading MRP Premier Group, Mohammed amassed invaluable experience by working with various public and private sector organisations within the real estate industry. Throughout his professional journey, he honed his skills in investment and development acquisition, leading project teams, and gained a thorough understanding of affordable and social housing.

This diverse background equips Mohammed with a holistic perspective, enabling him to appreciate the unique requirements, drivers, and challenges of different clients. This, in turn, allows him to offer a more tailored and bespoke approach when advising clients for MRP Premier Group.

Josephine Lovensa brings nearly a decade of diverse experience across real estate, public affairs, and proptech, showcasing her versatility and entrepreneurial vision.

Holding a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Indonesia, Josephine has a strong background in government relations and public affairs consultancy, honed through her experience in the real estate sector.

As Head of Asia Pacific for MRP Premier Group, Josephine is spearheading business development, with a strong focus on forging new relationships and expanding the company’s real estate services across Asia Pacific region. She works closely with the UK team to identify new opportunities for both clients in APAC and overseas. This includes facilitating cross-border investments through the APAC region, whilst assisting clients seeking real estate development and investment opportunities in the UK and Middle East. Leveraging her deep understanding of the APAC market and her expertise in government relations and public affairs, Josephine advises clients on a range of real estate strategies. She helps clients navigate complex regulatory environments, secure necessary approvals, and achieve their investment goals.

A proven entrepreneur, Josephine has founded successful companies in the property technology and educational technology sectors, demonstrating a strong track record in building and scaling businesses within the sector.

Josephine is passionate about sustainable development and is actively involved in promoting net zero housing communities. She advocates for the utilisation of innovative construction materials and sustainable practices to create environmentally responsible and future-proof real estate projects.

Michael Marcello brings a wealth of experience from both the public and private sectors. With a career spanning 15 years across the UK and Australia, Michael has become a seasoned professional with a unique perspective on the intricacies of the real estate industry.

Educated at Curtin University, Western Australia, Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning. His academic pursuits reflect his commitment to mastering the principles that underpin effective and sustainable urban development. This educational foundation, combined with his hands-on experience, positions Michael as a well-rounded real estate professional.

Michael’s journey began as a town planner, providing him with a unique perspective that blends strategic development expertise with an acute understanding of local planning. Having worked on diverse projects in the UK and Australia, Michael Marcello brings a global perspective.

His ability to bridge the gap between public and private sector practices ensures a holistic approach to development, considering both regulatory requirements and market dynamics. His strategic insights, honed through years of experience, contribute to the success of each project under his leadership.
