Mohammed Parekh MSc

Managing Director

Mohammed Parekh serves as the Founder and Managing Director of MRP Premier Group, bringing over fifteen years of industry expertise to the forefront. In 2021, driven by his extensive real estate background, Mohammed took the initiative to establish MRP Premier Group.

Mohammed graduated with a BSc in Geography with Business, and an MSc from University College London in International Real Estate and Planning. Possessing a proven track record, Mohammed has successfully delivered numerous mixed-use development and regeneration projects. Managing the entire lifecycle from inception to completion for a diverse clientele.

Before spearheading MRP Premier Group, Mohammed amassed invaluable experience by working with various public and private sector organisations within the real estate industry. Throughout his professional journey, he honed his skills in investment and development acquisition, leading project teams, and gained a thorough understanding of affordable and social housing.

This diverse background equips Mohammed with a holistic perspective, enabling him to appreciate the unique requirements, drivers, and challenges of different clients. This, in turn, allows him to offer a more tailored and bespoke approach when advising clients for MRP Premier Group.

Michael Marcello

Head of Development

Michael Marcello brings a wealth of experience from both the public and private sectors. With a career spanning 15 years across the UK and Australia, Michael has become a seasoned professional with a unique perspective on the intricacies of the real estate industry.

Educated at Curtin University, Western Australia, Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning. His academic pursuits reflect his commitment to mastering the principles that underpin effective and sustainable urban development. This educational foundation, combined with his hands-on experience, positions Michael as a well-rounded real estate professional.

Michael’s journey began as a town planner, providing him with a unique perspective that blends strategic development expertise with an acute understanding of local planning. Having worked on diverse projects in the UK and Australia, Michael Marcello brings a global perspective.
His ability to bridge the gap between public and private sector practices ensures a holistic approach to development, considering both regulatory requirements and market dynamics. His strategic insights, honed through years of experience, contribute to the success of each project under his leadership. Michael’s commitment to excellence, coupled with a keen understanding of the ever-evolving real estate landscape, makes him an invaluable asset to the MRP Premier Group team.

Tinashe Chivese

Head of Technical

Tinashe Chivese is a London property professional who brings to the forefront a wealth of engineering and technical expertise built on the foundation of a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Brunel University.

With over ten years experience of delivering both affordable and private housing across London and the south east, he has been instrumental in spearheading design on both large complex schemes and smaller infill sites with equally complex constraints. This experience of diverse design languages and client needs across various housing schemes ensures that he is able to tailor his approach to executing each project in line with project requirements and difficult site constraints.

Tinashe focuses on optimising design for buildability, quality, end user experience, and cost effectiveness. It is this focus along with an intense passion for delivering client experience that allows Tinashe to build strong relationships with both housing associations and private clients alike. It is a testament to this focus on relationship building that always results in repeat business and client satisfaction.

Tinashe’s expertise has proven crucial in the execution of projects. With a blend of robust technical skills and personal credibility, he serves as a reliable partner when engaging with Highways, Statutory, and Planning authorities. This ensures the successful execution of live projects.

Tufail Ahmed

Head of Pre Construction

Tufail possess over a decade of expertise in the real estate sector, excelling in both open market and affordable housing schemes. Holding a BSc Honours in Architectural Design & Technology from the University of Salford, Tufail is also a Chartered Construction Manager recognised by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).

With a track record of success in pivotal roles for residential developers, national housebuilders, and main contractors, Tufail’s commitment to excellence shines through. With a proven track record in the industry, Tufail spearheads initiatives and strategies vital to the success of projects. His adept understanding of complex technical aspects equips the team with invaluable insights, driving excellence and innovation across all pre-construction processes. Tufail is particularly passionate about modern methods of construction on projects, whilst promoting sustainability initiatives on projects.

Tufail’s interpersonal skills seamlessly align with client objectives, fostering robust relationships and cultivating a collaborative working environment. Importantly, he has played instrumental roles in several successful private start-up organisations, contributing significantly to their growth journeys and witnessing them achieve remarkable growth trajectories.. His transparent and impactful communication spans across clients, contractors, and project teams, markedly elevating the efficiency and success of projects under his proficient guidance.
