We advised the client and undertook lead assessing development options of a historic planning permission. We closely worked with stakeholders carefully managing the sensitivities involved in estate regeneration, giving particular emphasis to the communication strategies with residents.
Whilst managing a core design team, an in-depth feasibility ranging from full refurbishment to full development was investigated. Furthermore, we engaged with development partners and conducted soft market testing, exploring various development routes of built to rent, joint venture and traditional development agreement.
