Kitchener Barracks

We undertook the role as project director on delivering a scheme utilising modern methods of construction. We actively managed the construction, development and sales on site. Modules were constructed in a factory and then later transported to site. In addition, we led the revised planning submission for the final phase which consisted of 185 new homes. Furthermore, we were able to negotiate the sale of the affordable homes as part of the S106 obligation to a registered provider.
