Central London Sports Centre Redevelopment

We advised the client and undertook lead of assessing development potential of an existing sports and leisure facility. An in-depth feasibility and viability process was undertaken, whilst managing a core design team to provide viable development options and solutions to a temporary sports centre during construction. It was important that existing services were not compromised during redevelopment. The scheme was progressed, and further land assembly considerations allowed for an improved development. The sports facility was enhanced to provide an Olympic sized swimming pool, the first of its kind in central London. In addition, the scheme now benefits from 150 residential units and a state-of-the-art office space.
