Youth Centre – Regeneration

Appointed to revitalise a portfolio of eight youth centres across the borough in line with the Mayor’s vision, we developed a comprehensive regeneration strategy that ranged from targeted refurbishments to complete redesigns. We led a project team consisting of design and planning specialists, actively engaging with the community through focus groups to gather insights and ensure designs met the needs of the youth demographic. This collaborative approach informed our final designs, which were presented in a comprehensive report to senior council management to secure additional funding.
